Our bespoke wooden doors are meticulously handcrafted from the finest materials and built to last a lifetime. We can either design or help you create a dream door tailored to your vision, we are also specialists in listed buildings and period property, enabling us to replicate original mouldings and section sizes to conserve the history of your home. All our doors leave the workshop as a fully finished product, glazed and beautifully painted, ready for installation.

Benefits Of Our Bespoke Timber Doors?
Hand painted
All our doors are supplied fully factory spray finished with our unique 4 stage paint process, this needs a single maintenance coat externally just once every 10 years. We can match almost any desired colour, and a hand painted final coat is available upon request for a more traditional look.
Security
German multipoint locking mechanisms or Londons banham locks provide the highest security. All our doors are lab tested to pas 24 security, boasting a secured by design approved system.
Timber
Multi layered engineered Red Grandis hardwoods ensure a stable product, with no twisting or warping, meaning your doors will function seamlessly all year round. This layering process massively increases strength and longevity, with only the finest sections of timber selected.
Ironmongery
We only use fit the highest quality hardware to our windows and doors. Marine grade 316 stainless steel, solid brass or copper is used for all external applications, with many different finishes available. Hi load lift off butt hinges or 3d adjustable hinges allow easy installation and adjustment once doors have settled.
Glass
Double or tripled glazed toughened units with the highest levels of thermal insulation are internally fitted into all our doors. Internal beading and toughened security glass ensures the highest levels of safety and security. Our unique glazing system ensures the longest service life of the insulated glass units.
High Performance
Our doors are air, wind and water tested, meeting british standards of weather tightness. Low U values of 1.3W/m2K for the doorset as a whole, result in A rated high performance credentials.
Alu-clad
We offer a maintenance free aluminium cladded option on any of our products with the exception of sliding sash windows. Popular in scandinavia, our alu clad doors will last more than a lifetime in the hardest of British weather. You can have the best of both worlds, with a natural timber or painted finish inside, and a powder coated aluminium external cladding matched to any ral colour.
Sustainability
Timber is one of the few truly sustainable materials on earth and while the trees are growing, they capture carbon from the atmosphere. All our timber is sourced from FSC certified forests and plantations. The species of timber we use are all relatively fast growing, meaning they can be harvested and new trees can be replanted in a short time frame, this makes wood a realistically renewable resource.

We supplied a full house of 35 windows and 5 door sets in total to a luxury home developer. Windows featured slim and elegant 18mm Georgian glazing bars fixed into the frame to a custom design.

The original sliding sash windows had been replaced with basic double glazed casements. On a recommendation, we were asked to restore the windows back to their former glory with double glazed box weighted sliding sash windows.

On a recommendation we were asked to manufacture and install large replica bay windows due to the original windows leaking through rotting timber. As the property lies within a conservation area we had to ensure we matched the semi octagonal construction exactly.
